Tracking System” is the simple, unobtrusive and
easy-to-access answer to this question. Enter your unique
job tracking number (which is automatically emailed to
you at the time of job confirmation) and check its status
online on our website!
All operations at Pragati are linked to an extensive
Management Information System. A network of computers
spread across the facility are connected to a central
information server. Each aspect of a job, when completed,
is updated to reflect its completion. This information
is then fed to our Web Server, which means you can access
your job status online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
An automatic
“Shipment Pre-Alert” email is also sent
as soon as the job is despatched, containing details
of the date, the transporter, the docket/tracking number,
and the quantity and destination address – so
that you know when to expect the delivery.
