How to submit your job?
You can send us the data as:
Print-ready PDFs – preferable, speeds up the production process and avoid unnecessary approval cycles, enabling faster delivery.
PDF 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, PDF/X-1a, PDF/X-3 are accepted.
Application files – InDesign CS2, QuarkXPress v6, Freehand, Illustrator, CoralDraw – PC and Mac.
Please ensure that all fonts, links, images are included.
Enclose a screen shot of all files used.
You can send the data of your print project through:
Courier – Incase the data runs into multiple CDs/DVDs. Please include proof/dummy, or final reference PDF alongwith CD/DVDs.
Email attachment -- incase of very small size data (5-10 MB).

Our FTP Server – request for an username and password or use our generic id.
You can use any FTP client such as CuteFTP, Transmit and configure as below:

Check list for FTP:
Check your browser settings and check with your IT admin for access, incase if you are accessing through your Corporate LAN.
Use Stuffit or WinZIP to compress/package files so that it’s faster to upload/download and also to maintain data integrity, specifically for Mac fonts.
Check whether all the data upload is complete, compare file sizes.
Save all images in Photoshop as Photoshop EPS with ‘Encoding: JPEG-Max. Quality’
Important
Please check the following befor you submit the job:
Incase your document in QuarkXPress Passport, please save the document as ‘Single-Language document format’. Files saved in multi-language format can’t be opened by us.
Include Spot UV, Foiling, Embossing artworks/files if you are opting for any of these features.
Do not embed CMS ICC profiles to Photoshop images, PDF files.
Check for Banding in Photoshop Vignettes and apply Noise accordingly.
All images hould be in CMYK mode, with 300-350 dpi resolution at reproduction size. Images from Digital Cameras require extensive color correction, conversion to CMYK, resizing, sharpening, etc. Please send us original RAW images captures for better quality.
For Hexachrome or bump-color printing, send us original RGB/RAW images.
Avoid using 4-color tints ie. C65, M70, Y40, K60 as this may result in patchyness.
Avoid using very thin lines – 0.25 pt line in reverse, etc.
Remove unwanted colors from your files. Check for any Spot colors, convert them to CMYK if your not planning to print as Spot color. Ensure all colors defined as CMYK mode only.
Enable Auto Crop/Cut marks, during PS/PDF generation from InDesign, Quark.
Ensure 3 mm bleed outside the page area for all bleed elements.
Ensure Document Size set to the final finished size. Do not take extra page area and accommodate pages manually.
Do not set large projects such as books, brochures with lot of images in Illustrator, CoralDraw, etc. Use InDesign or QuarkXPress
If transparencies/lens and shadow effects used in your project, check whether the application supports proper output of the same. Avoid these effects as much as possible, specifically on Spot colors.
Ensure that all the data is properly organised, unnecessary files and unused colors removed.
