All the operations are also linked up to our SAP R/3 ERP system, which covers all aspects from estimation, scheduling, production, job tracking, deliveries and invoicing. Each operation is logged into the ERP system from a network of computers all over the production facility, updating the status of the job. As soon as an order is confirmed, a tracking number is mailed to the customer, and the status of the job is available on our website - enabling customers to track the status of their job online with unprecedented transparency.
