Pragati’s Prepress facility uses industry-standard prepress and desktop applications alongwith high-end workflow solution for Commercial and Packaging business along CtP & CtF systems, including Quality Assurance software.

The Prepress team is well trained and is adept in high quality scanning, complex colour retouching and colour matching, fixing errors and fine-tuning customer supplied files – both in Apple Mac and PC formats.

Approval cycle is based on PDF-based soft proofing as well as color calibrated inkjet proofing on Agfa Sherpa and GMG. Once approved, final PostScript or PDF is generated and put through our CtP workflows running Creo Brisque and Esko-Graphics BackStage outputting plates directly on our Creo Trendsetter and Screen PTR 8600 Computer-to-Plate systems.

Completed print projects are archived on our high-end LTO-based robotic Tape Libraries from StorageTek and IBM, with high-end archiving software which enables easy and quick retrieval of data. Pragati’s data repository service helps customers rely on us for all their data assets assuring data availability at any point of time without worrying internal archieval of data. Pragati also helps customers in repurposing the data ie. Preparing PDFs for web, content export in HTML, etc.
