We are equipped with state-of-the-art flexo printing machines from MPS Netherlands and Nilpeter Denmark, which can print up to 8 colours along with capability for inline finishing options such as cold foiling, lamination, embossing and die-cutting.

Main Features:

• Fully servo driven with automatic register control including die-cut unit, to give consistent print register.
• UV curing at each unit allows conversion of complete range of substrates – from opaque and clear plastic (PE, PP, PET) labels to shrink-sleeves apart from conventional paper based material - with efficiency and ease .
• Online finishing options such as cold-foiling, lamination, die-cutting, etc. give maximum flexibility and ability to convert quickly with minimum turnaround time and wastage.

• Omega slitter rewinder with AVT 100% defect detection system
• 2 colour fully automatic UV screen print press from Orthotec, Taiwan
